Adding small files (ie <500k)
works fine and add easily.

When I try upload anything
larger I get a "page cannot be found"

Possible Causes ??

    I've the same problem. (more than 1M)
    My php.ini seems to be OK
    file_uploads = On
    upload_max_filesize = 15M
    post_max_size = 15M

    Ok I've found
    in Apache you've a php.conf
    You have to change the line :
    LimitRequestBody 524288

    Put a bigger number I've put 11524288
