#6 Strong password enforcement

I didn't find strong password policy configuration for
all users, it's important for internet access, hope this
one will be added in the future.

On ther other hand, user permission should classified
as more detailed (e.g: user own download permission,
but he/she cann't edit (open) the file on the web...).
