#8 intelligent folder search
User may enter a few letters in the DDL to get the list of folders matching them. User case :
my target folder is not in the list and I know it's named Something. I time "Some" in the DDL and get the folders Awesome, Somewhere, Something in the list, even if they were not listed as target folders. I delete my letters to get back to the best folders list.
