Intro page sucks... (well it took me all of ten seconds to code)

1. Add HTML support for doxygen browsing
2. Add error reports, and log info for QuillTex and Widgets
3. Add ability to manipulate intro page as widget, as well as being the dialog one sees when there are no widgets

1. Will not be able to fix until Qt4.4 is more widespread (ie. Fedora uses it)
