I believe numbering has been corrected as of version 2.0 build 5005.

Thank you for the quick response...
I relooked at the MSH and realized my mistake in how I was looking at the information.
However the component numbering is still off.
PID.3.1 is the KC268 in this example. All of the components start counting at 0 and should be 1. The value MRN is in PID.3.5 [cid:image001.png@01CEFB3F.37660F70]
Does that make sense?

MSH segment fields start numbering at 1 not 0. All others can start at 0.
All components inside of a field should start numbering at 1 not 0.
