Correct the numbering of fields and components

I believe numbering has been corrected as of version 2.0 build 5005.
If not please provide some examples.

I relooked at the MSH and realized my mistake in how I was looking at the information.
However the component numbering is still off.
PID.3.1 is the KC268 in this example. All of the components start counting at 0 and should be 1. The value MRN is in PID.3.5

MSH segment fields start numbering at 1 not 0. All others can start at 0.
All components inside of a field should start numbering at 1 not 0.

That doesn't look like the latest version of the program.
Is 1.3 build 3296 the latest version of the program?
