#4 Italian and French and Layout tool

creators of new layouts. It calculates the total
length of the movements the
pen has to do to type a text in the keyboard layout.
Using this program I
made the NECL1 layout (the one for Italian and French)
which is in theory
much better than OPTI for Italian and French, while
for English has almost
the same quality.
It requires VB6 runtimes, that you can find almost
everywhere on the 'net.
If you cannot start it, let me know so I send you the
runtimes.
I hope you find the program, the layout and the method
of attaching overlays
useful and publish it on your web site.
