I always thought, "oh I need that shortcut key", but
honestly; the only things it would be good for, are the
date and timestamps. All other shourtcuts can be put on
any slide.

So, would it be possible, to make your own
date/timestamps; as those new Copy/cut etc functions?

If DA launching was supported you could download a DA that pastes the date for you.

Implemented DA Launching (Request 706028) in 2.1.0 b5. Now,
you can use InsertDateDA or InsertTimeDA from
<http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA019709/InsertTimeDA-e.html>
