#2 quickswitch: switcho.last should be stored in /etc/quickswit

IMHO, for reasons of consistency, switchto.last should be
stored to the same directory as switchto.conf,
i.e. /etc/quickswitch instead of plain /etc it is stored now. That
would require a change in file switch.conf.sample according
to the following patch;
