Finally got around to uploading an MS Windows version.
Also a re-compiled version for Ubuntu for regain compatibility.
Added Mandarin language exams pack for English speakers.
Added Russian language exams pack for English speakers.

The beginnings of a French language learning pack is now available for download after much delay.

Help is certainly wanted in increasing the packs in size.
