first release

Today I released a pre_alpha version of quickstep. Please make sure to read the release notes( http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?group_id=166824&release_id=417627 ) before starting testing.
This is pre-alpha software! It will not damage anyhting but don't expect anything to work.
