implement the linux part of quickstep. Only the
linux.py file has to be written, the rest can be used
unchanged

linux.py file got already created and I've made first tests
on symphonyOS build 122 today. Although quickstep itself is
not a symphonyos only program, I'll implement it on this OS,
since quickstep's roots are in the symphonyos project.
However, porting quickstep to an other linux distribution is
just a matter of changing some paths in a linux.ini file.
This way, quickstep will be available for all distributions
interested in this project.
About the tests: Well, bookmarks importing would already
work if I could find the right bookmarks.html file :)
Exchange analyse works nicely, the rest still needs to get
implemented
