Well it looks like the DVD is OK, since MPlayer can read it, but Tcprobe is failing on it (can you play the tracks with MPlayer?)

If this is the case, I'd try (re)compiling transcode from source, to make sure it's set-up properly for your versions of libdvdread, libdvdcss, etc.

      Hi !

First, Thanks for your help ! :-)
I solved the problem recompiling Transcode, so Quickrip starts......

But  :-( ... once it has scanned all tracks I am unable to select one track from the tree.
In documentation i can see, al least one track named like tittle of the movie (matrix in my DVD) but i haven't a track called "Matrix".

      Hello again :)

I'm not quite sure that I understand your problem. You scan the DVD drive, and the tracks come up in the list view, named 01, 02, 03, etc, correct? From memory, the Matrix has about 37 tracks, which is pretty weird.

What you then have to do is work out which tracks you want to rip by playing them with your favourite DVD player (e.g. "mplayer -dvd 1" to have a look at track 1). You can usually tell which one the film is by the length. Then you can rename the track by right clicking on the name (something like "01"), then select the track to be ripped, etc. etc., as per the documentation.

      Hi:

      It works now !! :-)
I made my first rip with Matrix.
Target File Size = 710 MB and Audio Bitrate = 96 results in a file of 958M, is this ok ?? :-)

In the other hand, how can I select an aspect ratio of 16:3 for example ?? I only can select "Default".

Thanks for your help, great program !
