#9 EmailNotification should be 'Cycle' dependant

Not possible to configure the email notification for the reviewer depending on the View cycle.
It is important to add in the email notification the review Decision/Result, but currently it is not possible because:
- in the initial cycle of the review only the %Conclusion.Decision% is allowed
- in the FollowUp cycle only the %Conclusion.Result% is allowed
