#65 Please add a portable option

Please add a portability/stand-alone option so QuickPlay (and all emulators & roms) can be set up on a USB drive and run on other computers without losing settings.

In other words, an option to store all settings/configuration information in the QuickPlay folder rather than in the registry.

Then users can bring their entire library with them when visiting friends and family, without having to install anything on their computer.
They just plug in the USB drive and play!

Hey there! It's your lucky day as QuickPlay is entirely portable and has never used the Windows Registry at all. You can just plug in that USB drive! If you need more help please join us over at https://forums.quickplayfrontend.com
