#57 32 bit compile

there are reasons for users wanting a passing 32bit version, is there a way to automate the creation and upload of the two separate binary packages?

One problem is the .node binaries needed for 32bit compilation would have to be manually optained via some method, automate virtualbox somehow perhaps? Or docker?

Next problem is the binaries need to be compiled and uploaded separately on each release - web build tool requires substantial modification
