#43 Media Panel - recursive scan for assets

selecting a screenshot or any other asset folder should have the ability to scan recursively eg: for gamebase setup you have to set up hunderds of folders currrently for each media panel category

doing this manually doesn't seem to slow qp down too much, or where it does its limited to the tab for the system involved, so automatic recursion should be possible
