#27 Windows copy/move behaviour when moving roms between folders

QP can only moves entries when you select any number of romdata entries in one folder and drag them to another folder. Usually what you actually want to do is copy them. Enable windows modifier keys for move and copy, and/or have copy be the default action. Currently users must copy their romdata file, move roms, and then re-instate the original romdata
