I wrote a script, which allows you to define up to 12 hotkeys by GUI form (Ctrl+F7) using well-known template:

And small log analyser (Ctrl+F2) for Key Catcher by Daniel Green

So log analyser give you three filters to parse log.txt. It helps you to find the most used hotkeys to move them closer to your hand's place.
You can use Win+`,1,2,,,,-,=, ... under WinXP like in Windows 7.

This script modify himself by using tag's mechanism. For future purposes you can use any template you like. Tag data for generated tags is also situated in file script settings file with name quickpanel.ini.
