#1 Configurable shortcuts

Hi,

thanks for this plugin: that's exactly what I was
missing in Eclipse because I use tons of Maven targets :)

I think a must-have feature would be to be able to
provide key shortcuts for the launchers.

Every developer is so lazy these days :)
