Hello,
It appears that the 2.6.9.2 version is not working with macOS Sierra (v.10.12), is there an ETA when this may be available or is that already in the works with v.2.7? Thank you for any info you may be able to provide.

I have two Macs (Mac Pro and Mac Mini) both running macOS Sierra (v.10.12) which are giving the following error when attempting to execute the application. All security settings are allowing third-party applications so it isn't being blocked there. I have gotten this to work on another Mac Mini with same OS version without any issues. How best to troubleshoot this?

Thanks for the details and screenshot. That is peculiar. Does it have executable permissions set and are you the owner (chown yourusername quickhash)?

I deleted my copy of Quick Hash and then downloaded a new version from Sourceforge and it works.![]

Excellent news James. Then the problem with the original report must be an executable or ownership issue.

Not heard back, and seeing as confirmation received that a fresh download from SF does run on Sierra, no further action. Closed.
