[Quickget-develop] Taking over project adminstrator role

Hi all,=0A=0AI have submitted a support request on SourceForge to take over=
 this project. The process will take 2-3 weeks as per the Sourceforge proce=
ss guidelines. Assuming that I get control of the project at the end of 3 w=
eeks, here is what I will be doing:=0A=0A1. Remove extra developers from th=
e mailing list. Till now only two other developers have expressed interest.=
=0A2. Quickget1 and Quickget2 are two modules on this project. Both are equ=
ally flaky, but Quickget1 has a better UI. Let's pursue with Quickget1=0A3.=
 The UI needs immediate attention. I have already started putting effort in=
to revamping the UI. Apart from the eye candy, the code around the UI needs=
 to be heavily refactored.=0A4. We will be moving to Netbeans 5.5 as the de=
velopment environment. This will be done keeping the interests of rapid UI =
development in mind.=0A5. We will target JDK6 for development. This project=
 needs some fast movement/attention. JDK6 will give us that=0A6. Last but n=
ot the least, we will gun for an initial release in april 2007 (remember it=
 will be January before i get control of the project).=0A=0ATill we get hol=
d of the project, here is what I want interested developers to do:=0A1. Sen=
d me a mail detailing what work is being planned by you into your areas of =
interest in quickget. Let's start work right away. And lets start communica=
ting right away.=0A2. Start commiting code to the quickget1 module. We need=
