Hi all,=0A=0AA couple of updates about reviving Quickget. I don't think Aeg= ir's email ID is working any more. Perhaps he has left Sun Microsystems and= moved on. Morten and Sebastian have expressed interest in continuing work = on the project. Great to have you guys around still! :)=0A=0AI would like t= o wait for at least a week to see if Aegir does respond. If there is no res= ponse, we will have to decide what course of action to take.=0A=0APossible = measures:=0A=0A1. Either take the code base and fork off a new project on S= ourceForge or Google Code. Since the original code is GPL and so will the r= evived application, I don't see a problem with this.=0A2. Talk with SourceF= orge.net guys to transfer the project to us. Currently Aegir is the only ad= min.=0A=0A=0AIf any one has any suggestions, please do let me know. Also, t= o avoid spamming people who are no longer interested in working on Quickget= , I will reduce the scope of my emails to only those who have expressed int= erest in continuing with the project.=0A=0A=0AThanks and Regards,=0ARohan= =0A=0A=0A=0A=0A =0A________________________________________________________= ____________________________=0ACheap talk?=0ACheck out Yahoo!
