[Quickget-develop] Hello Guys! Anybody home?

Hi all,

I hope many of you still remember the Quickget project launched on 
sourceforge by Aegir Sun. Somehow, the effort did not materialize and we 
ended up drifting away. Perhaps some of us entered the project with 
wrong expectations, or too many expectations. I, for one, was new to 
Java and Quickget development with 2 months experience in Java was a bit 
too much, in retrospect.

But things have changed now, 1 year has passed by, and I am now a full 
fledged Swing UI developer at Sun. Naturally, I am yearning to have a go 
at revamping the UI of my first open source endeavor. There is a huge 
set of improvements to put in there.

With this in mind, I would like to know if you guys still think there is 
a chance to revive Quickget. Do mail me back, even if you think there is 
isn't any. Would be great to heard from you guys again.

Aegir, if you have moved on, and would no longer like to be involved in 
this project, I would like to take over the project ownership. In case 
you are still interested, well, nothing like it! :)
