Quickfix has several FIX 5.0 dictionaries: FIX50.xml, FIX50SP1.xml, and FIX50SP2.xml.

Starting with FIX 5.0, though, the dictionaries are split into transport and data, so, you’ll also find FIXT 1.1, which you could consider to be part of the 5.0 spec.
