Hi,

Currently, it seems like quicfixj only supports UTC format  YYYYMMDD-HH:MM:SS.SSSSSS   

Are there plans to support  YYYYMMDD-HH:MM:SS.SSS.SSS  ( notice the dot for microseconds ) ?
   

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
