On more question, independently from the time issue with the market, can you please tell me if there is a way to force QuickFixJ library to send me the FIX messages without a delay?
As currently it is taking 6min for the message craker to get the fix message although the FIX message is present under the FIX message.log.
Can you please help? It's very urgent.

You should contact the counterparty and address the sending time problem.
