Hi Chris,

Thanks for your reply, so u mean the constructor now have problem ?
Moreover, the TransactionTime in my case seems it is UTC +8, which is my
local time. Do u know how can prevent it from using local time, because I
remember there is a configuration UseLocalTime = Y or N
Is that config using for that purpose ?
