[Quickfixj-users] SenderSubID and TargetSubID in [SESSION]

    This has been discussed before and it looks like the accepted 
solution was always to set SenderSubID and TargetSubID 
programmatically.  I think setting them in the cfg file still looks more 
convenient in many cases.   Is there some reason not to do that?  
Otherwise I'll modify the code to read those tags from the cfg into the 
session object on startup and then, if the tags were present, put them 
in all msgs.
