Repeating group fields are ordered according to the data dictionary.
Non-group fields are not ordered by default. However, you can generate the
message classes so that they will also order the non-group fields
according to the dictionary. There are details about how to do this in the
documentation. (I assume you are using the latest version of QFJ.)
