Hi!
I had a similar problem few mounths ago... The session could not be 
established.
It was a time sinchronization problem between the 2 computers. It was 
only a 0.5 min, but the accptor can't process the msg of the initiator...
I'm wondering if this couldn't be a problem in your case...
