Hi Alex!

The symbol and the other params are in a repeating group called 
NoRelatedSym (Tag #146).

First you have to get this repeating group:
MarketDataRequest.NoRelatedSym noRelatedSyms = new 
MarketDataRequest.NoRelatedSym();
mdReq.getGroup(i, noRelatedSyms);

And after that you can get the specified params from this group! For 
example:
noRelatedSyms.getSymbol().getValue()
