[Quickfixj-users] Best way to report bugs/submit patches

Hi,

I've just added a bug report to JIRA, and attached some patches for some
fairly minor script issues with the examples. I just wanted to check
whether the best way of suggesting changes to fix bugs was via JIRA, or
whether it was good to discuss them on this list too.

I assume that quickfixj works like other open source projects - I can't
submit changes via subversion directly without becoming a committer.
