Jim,

QuickFIX/J can be compiled to .NET using ikvm. I know at least one
company that is using it this way. If there is enough interest and
support, I'd be willing to include a QFJ .NET compilation with the 
QFJ releases.

do you possibly know if they made some benchmarking to compare various
versions of quickfix and what were the numbers?
