Hello,

I get this error compiling tradeclient under Ubuntu/GCC: invalid use of
incomplete type 'struct FIX40::NewOrderSingle’.

What is the safe way to resolve this?

I used VC++ style #ifndef _APPLICATION_H

once I changed it to 

#ifndef TRADECLIENT_APPLICATION_H

that fixed the error.
