The other thing to be noted is that - if the client process is still
running after the endTime for a FIX session, the socket connect and
disconnect will continue to happen every <reconnectInterval> for that
session.
The loop in ThreadedSocketInitiator::socketThread() seems to exit only
on process exit (I think). Right now, to avoid this - sleep <# seconds
until start of session> at the end of the "while ( !pInitiator->m_stop
)" loop.
I am checking only the v1.6 code. Can someone please confirm this in
1.9.3, or if there is a better way to work this?

No, unfortunately this did not make it into 1.9.3. It will go into the
next release. You will have to apply this patch manually right now.
