Not that I could understand any part of your message, but the subject
line is familiar.

The CME returns "Group state doesn't allow this function" whenever you
attempt to send an order, cancel or cancel replace into a market that
is currently closed. For instance, sending a Eurodollar order from 4:00
to 4:30 CDT during the week or on a weekend at any time prior to 4:30
CDT Sunday will cause this error to return.
