Hello,

I am trying to use the FIX4*.xml files to generate some code. It
appears that the group-related information is incorrect in the XML
files. For example, in FIX40.xml the MiscFeeAmt and MiscFeeType
"required" attributes contain fields that are unrelated to the
group. I'm assuming the "required" attribute is intended to relate
the fields to the NoMiscFees. Is that true or am I missing something?
