[Quickfix-developers] Building on FC4

I had to make a few small changes to get 1.10.2 to build on FC4.
Changes included adding 'template <>' on template specializations
and forward declaring a few classes.  Is anyone interested in these
changes?

Of course! This is Open Source, so patches are always welcome. I think this=
=20
is probably a GCC 4.x or 3.4 thing and not an FC4 thing, so it will be=20
useful for a number of platforms.
