Thanks a lot. My 1.4.0 version had some problems with missing throw specifier, so I
went back to 1.3.2 but in this version I had problems with libpthread. I think the
linkage to libpthread was wrong and therefore signal were misdirected and aborted the
program.
Since I use Debian 3.0 (stable), the necessary libs to use your library were not available.
So I used another machine with the newer 'testing' package pool and upgrade the needed
libs. On loading the library, I got strange linkage errors with version mismatches so I
stopped here.

Currently I use gcc-3.0. The 1.4.0 has problems with some missing throw specifier.
For some reasons currently the anonymous CVS access to sourceforge does not work, so that
I could not get the fixes. Now I try it with CVS browsing.
