Azmat,
ExDestination is not a valid field for an OrderCancelRequest message.
Check http://fixionary.com/ and look up the OrderCancelRequest MsgType and
its associated valid fields.
You can probably force it if necessary by manually setting tag 100:
ocr.setField(100, "LIFFE");
