What are you mean build and tested ? If you developed an application
using QuickFix, of course you can create a build for it. QuickFix it
self doesn't a deployable application.

What are you do when you add thirdparty references in to your .net
environment ? E.g. log4net,nunit...etc
You have to do same thing here. These two libraries should be in your
project reference path.
