You will get this information in the Application::fromAdmin method,
optionally you can crack it too and handle the FIX42::logout message,
for example.
Application::onLogout notification may occur without a logout message,
for example in the case of a sudden loss of connection when the
counterparty won't have a chance to send a 35=5.
