[Quickfix-developers] StartTime & EndTime

I have been having a problem with getting the sequence numbers to reset
automatically in the morning when I restart. Are the StartTime and
EndTime params in the cfg file supposed to be in UTC or local time? (I
am using 1.4.1)

All times in QuickFIX are represented as UTC
