This problem occurs occasionally when I try to send a message. I am
using quickfix 1.4.1 (1.5.0 crashes on me) with .net 1.0.
I turned on the USING_CALLSTACK macro to show the stack trace below.
There seems to be some kind of dangling pointer that causes a null
reference exception at the following location:

std._Tree<std::_Tmap_traits<int,FIX::FieldBase,FIX::message_order,std::a
llocator<std::pair<int const ,FIX::FieldBase> >,0>

Any ideas??
