[Quickfix-developers] Compiling with mySQL from .NET

Hi,

I'm following the instruction on how to compile QuickFix dlls with the mySQL 
handling located at
http://www.quickfixengine.org/quickfix/doc/html/install.html#Windows%20(.NET)
under "Windows (C++)" and "Windows (.NET)".

I opened the QuickFix sources with the "quickfix.sln" and I can't locate the 
"config_windows.h" specified in the building instruction.

Maybe it is more different under .NET, does anybody know how to do it under 
.NET?
