Are there any available measurements for the Quick FIX engine
that address overall performance, for instance

- Message Rates
  - Outgoing Message Rates
  - Incoming Message Rates
  - Average of Outgoing and Incoming message rates

- XML format versus tag=value format

- Platform-specific performance measurements
  - Linux
  - Solaris
  - Windows
