[Quickfix-developers] how do you get doxygen to make all that pretty documentation

I can't get the source code  in the *.cpp files to get
included. I messed with this for many hours.

the final result for this doxygen file

the problem is I can only get [code] for the header
files and not the html files

the project I am documenting, for anybody who is
