[Quickfix-developers] Sequence number higher than expected logic !!

I am having some problems when I receive a higher than expected sequence
number. Yes, I have read on the list that the quickfix engine will go into
an infinite loop sending resendRequest messages.

I am wondering if someone has found a solution/patch for this problem, or
whether this has allready been fixed and I just dont have an upto date
version of the engine.
