Yes, I have discussed a TIBCO interface (TibcoSocketAcceptor and 
TibcoSocketInitiator) with Oren lately, since the Chicago Mercantile 
Exchange (www.cme.com) uses TIBCO and QuickFIX.  Perhaps they give you 
some support in developing an open source TIBCO adapater.
