[Quickfix-developers] Incorrect Data Format for value

Oren,
            I am using both a QuickFIX acceptor and initiator.  =
Sometimes
the acceptor reports an error of incorrect data format for value with a =
date
time value something like 20040714-12:55:30 in the error message.  =
However
looking at the received log I see a date time value that looks more like
20040714-12:55:30.200.  I only seem to receive the error near logon, =
once
logged in I am able to send other messages with the same date time =
format as
the message reported as an error.  Once the Incorrect Data Format for =
Value
Error is given the connection is dropped.  Could the date formatted like
this cause that error?  Thank you in advance for your help.
